College Student Interships Available
Pittsburgh Regional Business Coalition for Homeland Security
What to Expect as an Intern at the PRBCHS
An intern working in the Pittsburgh Regional Business Coalition for Homeland Security will find their internship challenging, dynamic, and rewarding. You might be asked to perform tasks such as photocopying, data entry, drafting briefs or memoranda, or answering phone calls. Exciting projects include engaging in research, creating web content, or attending meetings with directors and community leaders. Anyone within the office might have a project for you to work on that may take a few hours, days, or even weeks to complete.
Expectations of an intern are flexibility and a willingness to take on any assignment. A positive and hardworking attitude goes a long way. No two days are alike as an intern with Homeland Security.
Course credit may be available, but needs to be worked through your school.
